About Us

Our farm is a family operation, with the 6th generation of future farmers born this year. While we have planted everything from corn to cotton over the years, we have recently focused on cattle. We first used Black Angus bulls on our cows in the late 80’s. In the 90’s, Luke and Jake began showing cattle through 4-H and the family started purchasing Registered Black Angus. For the past 25 years we have used artificial insemination and embryo transfer to improve the quality of our herd. We focus on finding the perfect balance between growth performance, maternal traits, and carcass quality all while maintaining docility in a low birth weight package. Each year we have a select group of bulls and replacement heifers for sale. Recently, due to covid-19 and the increased demand for local beef, we are selling cattle for slaughter.
